ORDER PROCEDURE
Indonesia territory
For ordering Indonesian territory, after the first contact with us, regarding goods or interior installations that are currently needed, we will submit our profile and product catalog for your need of study, and the quotation of items that are needed.
If our profile, catalog and quotation have been studied and there has been a decision, then a meeting will be held, the customer can come to our workshop, to see our quality product or we come to our customer and talk about the product order.
The next stage is the production process and the installation process
Orders outside the territory of Indonesia
For orders from outside Indonesia, after the first contact with us, regarding goods or interior installations that are currently needed, we will submit our profile and product catalog for your study need, and the quotation of items that are needed.
If our profile, catalog and quotation have been studied and a decision has been made, then a meeting will be held, the customer can come to our workshop, to see the results of our work.
The next stage is the production process and the installation process
GUARANTEE OF ORDER RETURNED
If the item ordered were not in accordance to what discussed before, with regard to quality, or there is a defect / damage from the production process , the goods can be returned to us and we will repair them according to the agreement, and shipping costs will be borne as a consequence of our mistakes, until the goods are sent to the place of order.
For purchases / bookings outside the island of Java (Indonesia) or outside the territory of Indonesia, before the goods are shipped, the buyer is expected to be able to first check the goods in our workshop
